1. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

These Terms are the exclusive conditions applicable to the use of this website, replacing any other conditions unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by us. By placing an order, you unreservedly accept these Terms after reading them.

2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not engage in speculative, false, or fraudulent orders.
  • Providing accurate contact details (email, postal, etc.) is your responsibility, as we may use these for order-related communication.
  • Failure to provide necessary information may result in the inability to complete your order.
  • By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Products on our website are available for shipping within India.

4. CONTRACT FORMATION

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, not a sale contract. We accept your order upon sending an Order Confirmation.
  • The Contract forms when we share the Invoice.
  • We may verify orders via call or email. Failure to authenticate an order may lead to cancellation.

5. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

  • All product orders are subject to availability. We may cancel orders due to supply issues or stock unavailability and will refund prepaid amounts.

6. REFUSAL OF ORDER

  • We reserve the right to withdraw products, edit content, or refuse order processing after sending an Order Confirmation.
  • Our liability for withdrawing products is limited to refunding any payment made.

7. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

  • You may cancel an order before goods dispatch. See our Returns Policy for details on returns and refunds.

8. DELIVERY

  • We aim to fulfill orders as per the confirmed delivery date, subject to availability and unforeseen circumstances.
  • If unable to deliver after three attempts, prepaid orders will be Returned to Origin (RTO) with a refund.

9. RISK AND TITLE

  • Products are at your risk upon delivery.
  • Ownership transfers upon full payment or delivery, whichever is later.
  • We follow sealed packaging practices. Damaged parcels should be refused and reported promptly.

10. COUPONS AND VOUCHERS

  • The Sage issues promotional coupons and gift vouchers at its discretion.
  • Coupons may be disabled during promotional events but remain valid thereafter.
  • Terms for coupon use are subject to change and withdrawal.

11. PRICE AND PAYMENT

  • Prices are accurate but errors may occur. We notify and offer options for price errors.
  • We reserve the right to decline bulk orders and modify prices without notice.
  • Payment methods include net banking, debit/credit cards, UPI, and COD under specified conditions.

12. PRIVACY POLICY

  • Your data is used only for order processing and will be securely maintained.
  • We do not share personal information with third parties unless required by law.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
