Shipping
- Products are shipped within 1 working day subject to availability.
- The order will be delivered in 4-6 days depending on the pincode.
- You will receive order tracking number once the items are shipped.
- To avoid the ₹30/- handling fee per product, please select the prepaid option at checkout instead of cash on delivery (COD).
Returns & Exchange:
- 7 days return/exchange post delivery (provided if the items are unused).
- Please make sure that the products are returned in the same condition in which you received it.
- Worn products will not be entitled to any refunds or exchange. Please also make sure that the packaging is intact so that the product does not get damaged in transit and please ensure all the tags and labels are intact.
- Reverse shipment of ₹ 100 will be charged and would be deducted at the time of refund processing in case of returns. Products which are purchased during sale or products received as a free gift are non-returnable. Handover the product only after you receive an SMS/WhatsApp confirmation.
- For exchange- if the order value is less than the product, balance amount shall be given as a coupon code. Pick up will be attempted twice and if the courier company is unable to pick up the order, you will have to ship the order.
- There is no additional charge for exchange orders.
- Exchange is subject to availability of your size. If unavailable, you will be entitled for a full refund.
- In circumstances where you consider that you have received a damaged product at the time of delivery, you should take a short video and send it to us either on email - connect@thesage.in or on WhatsApp- +91 9989565511 before 24 hours.
- Once we receive the Product, refund would be initiated after thorough examination of the Product & entire process might take 10-15 days. Please bear with us.
- For prepaid orders refund would be sent back to the source account and in case of COD a Razorpay link will be shared. For tampered products please share a short video with details within 24 hours of receiving the product on connect@thesage.in.
